The contents of the Website are provided "as is" and the owners of the Website shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained on the Website and reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
The agreement between you and the grocery bazaar shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

Important Note
Customers are requested to check all the items for any defect, at the time of delivery. The ordered items will not be returned or replaced unless there is any reasonable defect .The reasonable defect here means:
1.The product packing become defective like opened or leaked, due to delivery.
2.The product is out of expiry date
3.Product other than the ordered product or of bad quality.
4.Fresh products needs to be thoroughly checked by customer at the time of delivery.Incase customer is not satisfied then a return request should be placed within 6 hrs of delivery then only a replacement will be provided for the item.

> GroceryBazaar will not refund for any partially or fully used item.The refund can be made at the same time or in the next order whichever seems comfortable and feasible if pack is opened/taste/smell/look bad.

> We take special care to ensure that goods reach you within the mentioned date and time after you place the order. The Website shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by acts of nature like floods, fire, war,strike, riots or any cause that is beyond the control of the Website.

The Referral needs to be made through "My Account" page of our website and the friend registration should be done using your  Referral ID. The friend has to place an order on our portal then the Referral will be considered successful.

Referral Point System

>The reward points will be earned by the customer when he/she purchases from grocery bazaar.He/she can build a chain by  referring to  his/her friends to grocery bazaar.Once the referral registers in grocery bazaar and start purchasing ,the referrer will start getting reward points automatically credited to his/her account via defined calculation(50% of purchaser reward point) on every purchases of his/her friends.Even if the indirect or sub referrers purchase from grocery bazaar,then also,the above customers will get reward points(progressively adding 50% of reward points of purchaser till root level).

>The reward points earning scheme is subject to change or terminate at any point of time.It is entirely dependent on the business needs and Grocery Bazaar reserves the right to make any modifications in the scheme at any point of  time.However the earned reward points by the customer will not be deducted or changed.

>Customers are requested to check all the items, at the time of delivery. Once the delivery process is completed & the customer accepts the products, GroceryBazaar shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the order. GroceryBazaar will not be liable for any refund in such situation.

>If any delivery is not completed during first attempt due to erroneous or insufficient address, addressee not present at residence,address found locked or refusal to accept.Penalty should be charged for the delivery cost and failing which will cause the Customer account seized and even judicial action for frauds/cheating.

>Cancellations have to be made within 6 hours after placing an order. You have to get in touch with our Customer Support Executiveby sending an email at customercare@onlinegrocerybazaar.com or chatting in our website.The customer can raise a return request in his system to claim the refund for any product.

>The bulk order of any particular product are subject to cancellation as we are retailers and not wholesalers or distributors.The particular products here means Dairy products,Patanjali products etc.

Grocery Bazaar reserves the right of cancelling any order .It will be communicated to customer via mail or phone.
